Attendance: About 170,000 participants and visitors
What we supplied: Hundreds of portable toilets, luxury VIP restroom trailers for the production, and real-time servicing.

The Tel Aviv Pride Parade is the biggest, best-known and most colorful street event in Israel. Every year it draws tens and hundreds of thousands of participants from across Israel and around the world to celebrate in the city's streets and parks. Producing a mass event this size – where the crowd moves along a long route and gathers in huge open areas – takes precise logistics planning and top-tier execution at a national level.

Smart Citywide Deployment That Handles the Crowds

For this complex event, Beresheet was selected to provide sanitation and restroom facilities for all parade participants. Unlike an event held in one closed venue, a street parade demands smart distribution across many locations, operational flexibility, and close cooperation with the municipality and security officials.

Our full-service solution included:

Hundreds of portable toilets: Wide-scale deployment of hundreds of units along the parade route, at the gathering areas and at the finish point, giving people quick access and keeping lines as short as possible.
Luxury VIP trailers for the production and performers: Comfortable, air-conditioned luxury restroom trailers placed backstage at the stage areas for production crews, performing artists and VIP guests.
Servicing and cleaning throughout the event: A team of service technicians and operations crews handled maintenance, cleaning and continuous service throughout all event hours – in challenging field conditions and among very large crowds.

Producing a city street event, a parade or a mass festival? When hundreds of thousands of people show up, you need a supplier with proven logistics capabilities. The Beresheet team has the experience and the equipment to handle any crowd, flawlessly.
